He has managed all facets of the institutional management process – acquiring, financing, leasing, managing and selling properties. He is experienced with office, industrial, multifamily, retail and land parcels. He has acquired core, value-add, opportunistic and development investments. And he has structured investments as 100% fee ownership & joint ventures, as equity & mezzanine debt.
Wistar is the founder of Real Estate Investment Advisory Council, Northeast Chapter, and he has been a member of NAIOP and ULI. He is a graduate of Princeton University (AB) and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (MBA).
